张辉律师，男，汉族，湖南省长沙市人，中共党员，经济法学博士，高级律师，法学副教授，湖南海天律师事务所执业律师，中国法学会会员，中南大学经济法研究中心(中日经济法研究所)特聘研究员,
湖南省省情与对策研究中心特聘专家，湖南省青年岗位能手，曾被司法部首批授予法官、检察官、律师、公证员任职资格。
张辉律师曾在中央新闻单位、高等学校工作多年，有较强的政治素质和较为丰富的实际工作经验。其从事法律工作十余年来，曾担任数十家政府机关、企事业单位咨询专家和常年法律顾问，办理全国各地各类有重大社会影响和复杂疑难案件近百件，多次接受中央新闻媒体法制栏目记者采访，有一定的社会公信度。 近年来，张辉律师还曾多次承担国家级课题的研究和湖南省地方性法规的起草工作，在<<人民法院报>>、<<中国人民大学报刊复印资料>>等国家级和省级刊物发表或转载法学论文三十余篇，主持省部级重点课题一项，主编高等学校教材<<经济法>>(全国十所高校合编)一部，有较高的法学理论水平和科研能力。 |
